Cancellation Terms and Procedure
Are you considering canceling your HyperOffice service? While it is sad to see you leave we would like to make sure that you have the required information to consider all your choices.
Before you continue please note that often times we have resolved customer's issues after working with them through the problem. You have already made an investment in time and money in HyperOffice and we would like a chance to keep you as a customer. Give us a call at 1-800-434-5136 extension 107 and give us another chance to keep you as a customer.
No longer need a solution like HyperOffice? Consider this option...
Has your project come to an end? Are you winding down your venture? Considering an in-house implementation? If for whatever reason you don't want to continue your HyperOffice subscription but expect to have a need for it in the future you may want to consider switching your account to a "Dormant Account Status". For only $1 per user/month we will preserve all information, setup and configuration currently stored in your portal - including your custom domain information. When you are ready to activate your account just give us a call and we will re-activate your portal. In just a few minutes your portal - exactly as it was before - will be up and running. No additional fees or time is required.
Cancellation process
No telephone or email cancellation requests. Why?
It is impossible to authenticate the identity of the person sending an email request or making a phone call requesting cancellation of an account. To prevent disgruntled employees, partners and consultants from making false cancellation requests - that may jeopardize all information in a portal - it is imperative that the system administrator on each account login to their account and complete the cancellation process (please see instructions below).

- Login to your portal as a system administrator - if you don't remember your login information please contact support at +1.301.255.0018 or [email protected]
- Click on the "settings" tab on the lower left hand side
- Click on the "personal" icon
- Click on he "account" tab
- Scroll down and click on the "Cancel account" button
- Follow the instructions
FAQ's
What is your refund policy?
We offer every prospect a free fifteen day trial of HyperOffice. We have designed our trial process so that each prospect can fully evaluate HyperOffice on their own and without even sharing their billing information with us - free of any pressure or commitments. We offer prospects free technical support and ample other support resources to make sure those prospects are making an informed evaluation of HyperOffice. Once a prospect is ready to buy they decide what service they want, they choose a monthly versus annual subscription term, and they provide us with their payment information, agree to our terms of use and complete their purchase. As a result No refunds are given under any circumstances, in whole or in part, of any payment to HyperOffice unless HyperOffice service was unavailable (as verified by our technical team) below 99.9% of time for a certain thirty (30) day payment period as further defined in "terms of use".
Is there a refund if we have not used our portal?
Please note that much like your cable TV service we charge you based on the plan you have selected and not based on usage. If you are on a monthly 10 user plan you will be charged for that plan regardless of how much you have used your portal.
What is the effective date for cancellations?
Your cancellation will be effective the day and the time you press the cancellation button and receive a confirmation number.
How does the cancellation date impact billing?
As soon as you cancel your account we will stop adding charges to your account. The monthly billing cycle for each account begins on the day that you purchased your subscription.
What happens to any balance on my account?
Please note that any balance on your account remains your responsibility. Please contact our billing department ([email protected]) to make payment arrangements and with any questions you may have.
How can I find out if there is an outstanding balance on my account?
You can use your self-service accounting feature. Login to your portal as a system administrator; click on the settings tab on the lower left hand side; click on "account" and then on "billing information". You can also contact billing at [email protected]
What happens to my company and user information stored in my portal?
All company and user information is purged -and unrecoverable- from our servers once an account has been cancelled.
How can I make sure my account was cancelled?
After completing the cancellation process you should get a confirmation number. You can also try logging into your account after canceling. If you can't login you can be sure that your account was canceled.
What if I change my mind after canceling?
Please contact us as soon as you can and we will make every effort to restore your information and portal if possible. If there is any chance that you may need to use your HyperOffice account again we recommend that you take advantage of the "dormant" account option - see above for more information.
