Outlook Synchronization

HyperShare for Outlook is for users who want the functionality of Microsoft Exchange but don’t want to spend thousands of dollars installing, maintaining, and supporting it. HyperShare will let you keep using the Microsoft Outlook client - and synchronize Calendars, Contacts, Tasks and Notes.

HyperShare for Outlook synchronizes data between your portal and Microsoft Outlook. It provides a useful way to share data without ever logging in to the portal. Each user will be able to synchronize their Personal calendar, contacts, tasks and notes to the portal's personal section. Group items (Calendars, Contacts and Tasks) will display as sub-folders under the Microsoft folders of the same name.
