HyperShare Installation

1. From your portal, go to Settings, Setup Tools.



2. Click on "Download HyperShare For Outlook".



3. Make sure Pop-ups are not blocked so you can see the next screen which will contain a link to Download HyperShare.

4. Save the HyperShare install file to your desktop.



5. Run the file and go through the Installation.

 

Running HyperShare

1.  Go to your Start Menu (in the lower left of your Operating System).

 

2.  Find the HyperOffice Folder and Select HyperShare.

3.  Select HyperShare to run the program.

HyperShare Configuration

1. After you install HyperShare and run the program, enter your full email address and HyperOffice password. Click Next to Continue.



2. On the next screen, select which content you would like to sync. Click Next.

3. If you have selected your Calendar to sync, you will be able to select how you would like it to display in your Outlook. Click Next.

4. If you would like to change how frequently you sync, you can choose an option from the dropdown. Click Next.

Note: After clicking 'Next', If your username or password is incorrect, you will be prompted with the following error message:

5. Once you reach the next page, click the checkboxes to select which Groups and sub-Groups are synced. Click Next and then Done to complete the Configuration.

6.  The first Synchronization should start automatically.

Once HyperShare is installed and running, you will see an icon in the bottom right corner of your system tray:

Right-clicking on the Inactive grey icon will give you the following menu:
