An online database provides users a solution to collect, organize and analyze business data. Users create web forms to collect data from their employees, customers or prospects from either a form placed on your website or through a published link. Once data is submitted, users can review the data through the portal's database application.

Administrators can create one or more databases to organize their data.  Databases much like the portal's groups can be permissioned to allow the access or not.  Each application contains tables, forms and views.  Data collected or imported is stored in tables.  Forms provide an interface to view one record at a time.  Views allow the user to query multiple records at a time.
