We regret to inform you that effective April 8th, 2024, HyperOffice has ceased its operations. This decision was not made lightly, and we understand the impact it may have on you, our loyal customers.
As part of this shutdown process, we will be discontinuing our services effective Tuesday, April 30th, 2024. We want to give you ample time to migrate your service and export your data off our platform. Therefore, you have until the end of April to complete these tasks.
Please note the following key points:
Service Shutdown Date: The HyperOffice Atlas service will shut down on Tuesday, April 30th, 2024. It is imperative that you migrate your service and discontinue your usage of our platform by this date. All data stored on our platform will be wiped and erased after April 30th, 2024 and there will be no further access to the platform or data.
Service Migration and Data Export: We encourage you to migrate your services and export all your data from our platform before the shutdown date. Instructions on how to do so can be found here. A few suggestions for alternative vendors are 1) Google Workspace, 2) MS Office 365 for Business, 3) Systray, and 4) Zoho. Additionally, NK Support, a server management and cloud services company with years of experience working with the HyperOffice infrastructure is also available for helping clients migrate their data. No Technical Support and Staff Availability: All HyperOffice staff members have been let go, and no technical support, customer service, or any other type of staff will be available moving forward. Therefore there will be no response to your emails or support tickets. Should you require technical assistance or guidance during this transition, we recommend consulting with an IT specialist or seeking help from your internal technical team.
We understand that this news may be disruptive, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We want to express our gratitude for your support throughout the years.
