A convenient feature for workspace (group) documents is the ability to create a simple workflow directly from the document.

To do this:

    1. Right-click a document to display document options



    2. Select Workflow
    3. A task is automatically created in this workspace (group) with the document title as the name of the task



    4. The pop-up will automatically bring you to the Assign & Notify tab to quickly help create a simple workflow.
