Below are the release notes for the September 23, 2015 maintenance release.
- Fixed a behavior related to the latest Chrome update, where users could not attach from local in mail
- Changes the login behavior for expired sessions to address related issues. The user will now be directed to the login page instead of getting a popup login box.
Calendar
- Fixed a behavior where the "Created By" and "Last Updated By" were showing the currently logged in user in the List view
- Fixed a behavior where the Calendar event/meeting location font color does not adjust for calendar background colors
Documents
- Fixed a behavior in Firefox where the labels were not displaying properly for Folder Permissions
- Updated the Path Location to display the full path of the file
Tasks
- Fixed a behavior where task assignees would not be retained in certain cases
Publisher
- Fixed a behavior where the document folder tree would not be displayed in the correct order in the Links menu in Publisher designer

Unique Indexes
- Updated Printer Friendly font size to allow more content on the page
- Email Notifications - Multi Line text-boxes do not display line breaks email notifications
- Embedded Views causes form to create a duplicate record when sub-form is opened but not submitted
- Users sometimes get a password error when going to the Web Databases after a user changes their password in Personal Settings
- In some cases, Public Views give a permission error when viewing on Publisher pages
- if you click Edit on a record several times from a view, multiple forms pop up and the record gets saved incorrectly when submitting
- "Required" Dropdown fields on public forms are now always enforced
Enhancements and Updates
- Ability for users to define column widths and window size in Views
- Improved handling of column widths and portrait/landscape selection for Printer friendly format
- Updates for currency display format in public and private views and print views/PDFs
- Addition of Search in public views
- Added option in embedded views to store the last activity ID in the related table
Bug Fixes
- View PDF now shows all records in view, not just the current page
- Fixed an issue that caused String calculations to not display properly in Lookup Tables on forms in some cases
6.3.0 Roll-Out REPORT
The following is a list of major fixes or improvements in the 6.3.0 roll-out on 8/18/2014:
Updates
- Copying events between Workspace and Personal Sections:
- Similar to the Move feature without removing the original event
- Right-click on any event to select copy
- Events can be copied from Personal into workspace, workspace into another workspace and workspace into Personal section
- Recurring events cannot be copied
- Comments and Linked Items do not get copied
- Email Archiving feature modified to be only available for the Postmaster (Portal Admin) account
- "Frozen" checkbox now accessible to Level 2 and Level 3 admins as well as Level 1 admin and Postmaster
- Search button available on all different pages in the Email section
- Special characters in the filename of a document will be automatically replaced by an underscore at the time of upload
- Job title, Skype ID and Personal webpage added to Personal Settings, to be managed by each user
- Notifications button removed from main navigation bar as it is already present in the Social module
Bugs Fixed
- Document uploading, email file attachment, contact import and task import has been updated to be compatible with Internet Explorer 11
- Contact Import fully compatible with Internet Explorer
- Re-login box slightly redesigned with an updated message
- A number of display issues fixed for tablet UI
- Feedback button fixed to work on SSL-enabled portals
- Modifications in displayed columns, column widths and order in Contacts section fixed to save on log out
- Forwarding an email with an attachment no longer renames the attachment with an appended (number)

RAILO 2.9 CUT REPORT
The following is a list of major fixes or improvements in the Railo 2.9 cut on 3/1/2014:
Updates
- Email Section Improvements:
- CKEditor has been updated to enhance the email composing experience
- Improved signature consistency in the email body
- Consistent email body text between the Compose view and Sent-Items view
- Hitting "Backspace" will no longer remove characters from the above line
- Emails in the search results list can be flagged using the Flag column
- New version of MobileSync has been rolled out which includes:
- New technology for faster push updates
- New MobileSync setup page and settings page
- Support for a different configuration per device
- In the Mail section, "Pop Account" settings has been modified and renamed to “From Addresses.” This section is a place to create and manage send-from addresses.
- New feature, “Document Workflow,” has been brought in this update:
- Right-click on a document or go to document details
- Create and assign a task in order to review/approve a document
- A user can come and assign the document task to the next person to proceed the workflow
- Tablet UI has been tested and a number of bugs have been fixed
- Brand new descriptions have been added for each Spam Threshold level in Mail settings
- “Download & Lock” feature has been added for ease of use in Document section
- Hidden documents starting with “~” will no longer generate feeds in the Social section
- Social is shown in full screen in vertical mode without empty areas on Tablet interface
- Public calendar links now work for SSL-enabled portals
Fixes
- Email notifications for documents were not being sent to external email addreses if Mail was turned off in a user's Profile or disabled in a portal
- Invitations sent from an iOS device were not detected as iCal invitations in HyperOffice
- The scroll bar in the Copy/Move window or local document attachment window did not work properly over a long list of Workspaces with subfolders
- Email confirmation from an external mail client in response to “Propose new time" had the time off by 1 day for all-day meetings
- “Next” and “Previous” images are fixed in Tablet Interface Calendar section
- When replying to an iCal invitation by clicking “Yes”, “No” or “Maybe” buttons, a validation error in the Tablet interface would occur
- Document notifications were duplicated in notification emails
RAILO 2.8 CUT REPORT
The following is a list of major fixes or improvements in the Railo 2.8 cut on 12/13/13:
Updates
- Recurring information is now included in the body of iCal invitations
- Images can be dragged and dropped into the body of an email when using Firefox
- Password manager now accepts passwords between 5 to 20 characters length consistently across all the sections of the portal by default
- CSV files with columns with duplicate names now provide a valid error message to the user
- Removed the capability to create a template from a page made from a template as it was unstable.
- Minor issues have been resolved for Multi-user creator tool
- The system no longer resets the "Notify Me of New Posts" subscription; email notifications work in the Forum section
- Right-click on tabs in the Email section now gives an option to close all tabs
Fixes
- Linking a new event to an existing contact no longer yields "Access Denied" errors
- All day meetings now show the correct time in the title of the email invitation
- When landing on a workspace calendar via a user's Profile, that workspace is now selected automatically
- Clicking on a voting item in Social Home no longer gives a "null" message and now opens the vote details
- Importing a CSV file of tasks to the Project section no longer marks them 1 day off
- Instructional bubbles are fixed for when a new user lands on a profile with Personal Calendar as the landing page
- Deleting a project with a recurring task no longer gives an error
- Recurring calendar events no longer cause problems when Personal calendar is turned off in a user's Profile or disabled in a Portal
- "Access Denied" message no longer appears when an email address is clicked in the Card View – Contacts section
RAILO 2.7 CUT REPORT
The following is a list of major fixes or improvements in the Railo 2.7 cut on 10/29/13:
Updates
- New feature: Multiple user creation
- In the “Manage Users” section, administrator can create a single user or multiple users
- Administrators can opt to specify passwords for newly created users
- Modify or bypass email invitation to HyperOffice portal
- Add multiple users either through the form or by uploading a CSV file containing the user list
- Instant feedback on any errors while creating multiple users
- A quick report on the number of created users is auto-generated upon creation
- Updates to the “Resource Management” tool:
- “Subscribe for Notification” feature has been added
- Default permission settings are brought to the initial window
- Icon for Resource Management has been replaced
- The subject lines of two automatic system emails have been reworded
Fixes
- The module dropdown in the navigation bar is fixed to open more than one time on Internet Explorer
- Clicking on the “Add to contacts” button in the Mail section when Personal Contacts is off in the user's Profile no longer gives an "Access Denied" message
- A user could not create a new Workspace after already clicking on a Workspace that he/she is not an admin of yielding an “Access Denied” warning
- Creating an event through the Linked Item feature no longer removes the original event information this event gets linked to
- Sent mail now display all BCC addresses without character limitations
RAILO 2.6 CUT REPORT
The following is a list of major fixes or improvements in the Railo 2.6 cut on 9/14/13:
Updates
- Resource Management Feature:
- Click on “Next” button dropdown in Calendar section
- Select “Resource Calendar” to create a calendar for your new resource (Level 1 Administrators only)
- This will create a new calendar visible in the tree view of the calendar section
- All users except Level 1 Administrators are added to this calendar by default as basic users
- Level 1 Administrators are administrators of these calendars and can change the administrative settings from “Manage Workspaces”
- Double-booking of a resource is prohibited
- This feature is not provisioned by default and needs to be provisioned to be available for any portal; contact your service provider to turn this feature on
- When uploading a document with the same file name as an existing document in the destination and versioning is off, three options are provided:
- Replace the existing document
- Keep the existing and upload the other one
- Cancel
- Neo portal interface navigation bar icons retouched and aligned
- New User Wizard Page updated to be compatible with Compatibility View on Internet Explorer 10
- “Group” changed to “Workspace” in two more places for Neo interface
- Time Zone information added to the subject of iCal email invitations
- Time is specified in the body of email notifications for calendar events
- Task acceptance request is fixed to be sent to the assignee as an email
- Task assignment feature modified so if users decline a task acceptance request, they will not receive any further task email notifications for that task
- A confirmation message has been added when deleting Wiki pages
- Chat sound has been updated
- “Show All Members” is paginated for large workspaces in Social
- Attendees are no longer able to edit personal meetings they are invited to
- Self-Notification checkbox has been removed from “General Settings” in the Personal Settings section
Fixes
- Could not invite anyone to an existing personal meeting by editing the event
- Users needed to re-select their Workspace when going to another section even though they landed on a Workspace
- One icon was unviewable in the Neo navigation bar on some display resolutions
- Moving multiple events from the same workspace from the List view has been fixed
- Images were truncated in the existing comments in Social
- System generated an "Access Denied" error when a user created an event and then goes to linked items directly
- iCal process has been fixed to send a confirmation email to the host and update the event when an attendee replies to an invitation in cases where the host invited the attendee using a HyperOffice email address
- Switching workspaces via links in publisher pages works again
- When a message was deleted through IMAP Trash folder, it did not delete the mail on the server
