Level 1 Administrators can view payment history and current charges for their specific portal. To access billing information, click on the username drop-down on the top right of the portal and select Billing. All other account levels will not see this icon under their drop-down.

Modify or View Credit Card Information

  1. Click the username drop-down on the top right of the portal.
  2. Select Billing (Appears only for Level 1 Administrators)
  3. To edit credit card information, click on the Modify Credit Card Information button.
  4. On the page that opens up, input the name, address, contact information, and the new card's information. Once all the infomration has been entered, click on Change Credit Card Information. Future invoices will be charged with the new card.

View Current or Past Invoices

Invoices are generated monthly. If on an annual subscription, montly invoices will still be generated. Each invoice will show all subscription charges, storage overages and user overages. If you have a question regarding the charges, please contact your service provider.

  1. To print an invoice, click Print next to the invoice in question.
  2. Select a printer and click OK.
  3. To only view an invoice, click Cancel. When done viewing the invoice, click X in the top right corner to close the window.
