The portal provides two reports to assist Level 1 Administrators in monitoring their portal: Usage Statistics and Storage Reporting. 

Usage Statistics reports login, logout, account creation, and login failure history for a portal. This report is an invaluable tool to conduct security audits, check how often the web portal is being used, and see where users are logging in from. Storage Report details the total storage usage for the portal as well as a breakdown by user and workspace. 

ACCESSING REPORTS

  1. Goto Manage Portal from the username drop-down. 
  2. Click Reporting.
  3. Select a report type fro mthe drop-down menu.
  4. Click Run Report.
