Adding an IMAP Account on BlackBerry

To set up IMAP on a BlackBerry, follow these steps:

1. From the BlackBerry home screen, select the BlackBerry Set-up icon, and choose Email Settings. (On older devices, look for the Personal Email Set-up icon.)
2. Select Add then Other.
3. On the next page, enter your full email address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and password but add an extra "." at the end of the email address.
4. You'll see a screen that says 'Invalid email adress or password, etc...".  Select OK, then scroll down.
5. Select I will provide the settings to continue.
6. Select IMAP.
7. Fill out the fields according:
   • Your full email address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
   • Password: Password used to log into the portal
   • Email server: Ask your service provider (e.g. imap.hyperoffice.com)
   • Your full email address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
8. Select Next. Select OK confirm Account Setup.
