HyperShare for Outlook - If you love Outlook but would rather live without MS Exchange read on…
Designed for Outlook users and built into HyperOffice at no extra cost, HyperShare
for Outlook will let you keep using Outlook –
and share calendars, contacts, documents, tasks and more with colleagues, partners and customers –
without requiring you to invest in MS Exchange. Better yet with HyperShare for Outlook you have the flexibility
to switch back and forth between Outlook and any browser to get your work done.
Portal Customization - Extend the power of collaboration to your customers,
partners, and vendors
Portal Customization extends the functionality of HyperOffice beyond the corporate intranet. You can create an infinite number of customer, vendor and partner portals. You can even separate your company intranet into multiple portals serving different purposes.
Each portal can be customized to give the intended user only access to information and applications relevant to that user. For example you can quickly create a customer portal which gives customers access to specific shared documents, a specific shared calendar and nothing more. Imagine working with your customers, partners and vendors in a collaborative and professional environment.

Fred
Aryan, President of LaserShip, recently sent us this
story:
In our business, we are constantly meeting with
vendors and customers who may or may not be using HyperOffice. We
were wasting a lot of time having to set up meetings twice (first,
inviting HyperOffice users using HyperOffice’s calendar function and
second, sending a separate email to outside attendees).
We
recently learned that HyperOffice has added the capability to invite
non-HyperOffice users to a meeting eliminating the extra step of
sending them an email. When you invite the meeting attendees you now
have the 2 choices:
Select Users From Directory (HyperOffice Users)
Select Users From Contacts (Your external contact list who are
non-HyperOffice users).

Q:
Is there a way to upload entire folders from my desktop into
HyperOffice?
A: Yes, by using our new tool,
HyperDrive, you can drag and drop folders directly into HyperOffice.
You will maintain the folders’ folder structure, rights and
permissions. By uploading your folders into HyperOffice, you can
access all your files from anywhere and not worry about losing any
