While most customers setup and configure their hosted intranet on their own within a few hours some customers prefer to rely on our team of professionals to setup, configure and roll it out.
To help you get the most out of HyperOffice, we offer a variety of professional services as well as ongoing support options.
Free Customer Support |
Free Email & Phone Support
- All company customers have full access to FREE email and phone support, which we refer to as Standard Support. Please include in your email a thorough description of the technical issue you are having and when and how it occurs. Telephone Support is available to one contact person per account. Additional contacts can be assigned for an additional fee of $50.00 per contact person per month.
- Standard Support requests will be answered within one business day (Monday-Friday 9:00am-8:00pm EST).

Help Engine
- The Help Engine gives you an easy-to-use "How-to-Guide" to personal, group, settings, and administrative functions of the HyperOffice application.
- Access the Help Engine from inside the HyperOffice application in the top right corner called "Help"

- Intuitive training modules covering a wide range of topics
- Available anytime and from anywhere
- Learn at your own pace on your own schedule
- Great for a quick start or as a refresher
