Move File

You can move messages to any of the folders available in your email account.

Usage Guidelines

  1. Click the message that you want to open. The message appears.

  2. Click the Move button below the email headers. The Move Message dialog box appears.

  3. In the Location menu, select the email folder location where you want to move the message.

  4. Click the Move Message button. Your message is moved into the selected folder.
