The 'Folder Deletion' field option is used for prompting the user before he deletes any folder in the 'Hyperoffice' application. The user has the option of selecting whether he needs the prompt or not.
Click on the drop-down box to view the options 'Folder Deletion'. You will see two options listed:
Prompt me when deleting a Folder - Select this option if you want to be prompted every time you wish to a folder.
Don't Prompt me when deleting a Folder - Select this option if you do not want to be prompted every time you wish to delete any folder.
