Mail Action Buttons

The 'Mail Action buttons' option allows you customize the way buttons are displayed in the message on the 'My Email' page.

Usage Guidelines

Click the 'Mail Action Buttons' drop-down box to view the options associated with it. The options are listed below:

'Display buttons on top and bottom of email messages': Select this option in the 'Mail Preferences' page if you wish to view the following buttons at both the top and bottom of email messages. The buttons are listed below:

'Reply'

'Reply to all'

'Forward '

'Move'

'Delete'

'Show header'

If you select this option in the 'Mail Preferences' page the above buttons are seen in the 'My Email' page on the top and bottom of the email message you are reading.

'Display buttons on top of email messages': Select this option in the 'Mail Preferences' page if you wish to view the following buttons only on the top of email messages.
