Reply to All

You can reply to any email message that you receive. Use the Reply to All button to include all of the recipients from the original email in the reply.

Usage Guidelines

To use the reply to all button, follow these steps:

  1. Open your email message. The message appears in a new window.

  2. Click the Reply to All button. The Compose Message windows appears with all the recipients' email addresses.

  3. Click Send.

Note: You can configure your settings to include the original message within quotes or send as attachment with reply. You can also configure your settings to show you confirmation for all email sent. For additional information, refer to the Mail Preferences topic of this help system.
