Using IMAP

You can access your email in many different ways in HyperOffice. In addition to using HyperOffice to manage your email and custom folder hierarchy, you can also use IMAP, an Internet Message Access Protocol, to access and manage your mail accounts using these email applications:

• Microsoft Outlook

• Microsoft Outlook Express

• Entourage

• Eudora

Use the IMAP topics in this help file to help you create the settings necessary for using other email accounts. If you use Netscape, Mozilla or another IMAP compatible client, the user settings will be the same, but the screen illustrations will vary slightly.
