You can view your group calendar in many different calendar views such as monthly, weekly or daily views of your calendars.
Click the Groups tab on the left navigation bar.
Click the Group Memberships icon. The Active Memberships page appears.
Select the group in which you would like to view a calendar. The Group homepage appears.
Click on the Shared Calendar icon. The Shared Calendar page appears.
For a Monthly view, click the monthly view button at the top of the page. A Monthly Calendar view appears with the current month with all the days of the month listed.
For a Weekly view, click the weekly view button at the top of the page. A Weekly Calendar view appears with the current week with all the days of the week listed.
For a Daily view, click the daily view button at the top of the page. A Daily Calendar view appears with all the events of that particular day. Any events scheduled in that day are shown in the calendar. In the daily view you can select two sub views:
Work Day: In the daily view page you can see a button on top the page called work day. Here you can see a calendar showing the events scheduled in the working hours of the day.
Entire Day: In the daily view page you can see a button on top the page called entire day. Here you can see a calendar showing the events scheduled all through the entire day.
Note:
Scheduled events are shown on the calendars days they are scheduled for.
To move throughout the calendar you can scroll
through the days or change the month
by clicking the arrows next to the date.
To view your events |
Click on any date to look at the detailed calendar for that day. |
To add an event to the calendar |
Click the + sign next to the date on which you want to add the event. |
To modify an individual event |
Click the event you want to modify. |
