Overview

The HyperOffice Partner Training Program is a critical part of the on-boarding process. Completing this program will allow your team to successfully manage a deployment of HyperOffice, whether on our servers or yours. Below is an outline of the training courses provided. Depending on the role of the employee, there are different training paths to optimize product knowledge matched with the appropriate skillset.

Product Introduction

Scope Overview of the the product. This session will focus on the capabilities of the product at a high level and give an end-to-end look at the product.

Advanced Product Training (3 sessions)

Scope Product-level training broken down to dive deeper into the product.
Who can benefit Customer-facing roles. Anyone needing a deeper understanding of the product

Duration 3 Sessions, 1.5 Hours each

Portal Administration Training (1 Session)

Scope Working knowledge of administering portals. This training will provide customer-facing roles the ability to successfully train administrators and manage or support portal administration for customers.

Level 1 (Frontline) Support Training (2 sessions)

Scope Common questions and scenarios from customers and how to respond to them. Best-practices and tools used.
