Mail & Synchronization

Inline images do not appear on native Android Mail Apps (e.g. Email).

While inline images, or images that appear within the body of email and are not file attachments, display on webmail, desktop mail clients and iOS devices, Android native mail clients do not currently display inline images.

My mail client (e.g. Apple Mail, Outlook, etc.) receives timeout errors.

This is not uncommon during an initial synchronization as a large volume of data is synchronizing for the first time. After your mail has been downloaded and/or synced, you should no longer receive timeout errors.

I see some strange subfolders in webmail.

Subfolders made by some mail clients display with "slashes". This is known issue and will be fixed in our next update.

Mail I've marked as read or replied to are sometimes still unread on my mobile device.

This is a known issue and will be fixed in our next update.

I'm using MobileSync and when I delete an email or mark it as spam, the email comes back to the Inbox.

This is a known issue and will be fixed in our next update.

I've set up my email account with your mail server and now all my email is downloading all over again.

If you've set up your mail client through POP, because each email, even though they've been migrated, has a new ID and is on a new mail server. Your mail client will treat these email as new email you have never downloaded before. A feature is available in Mail/Mail Settings/Forwarding where you can set a date to POP email from. Set a date here and then set up your account in your mail client to download only new mail.
