If your portal has been set up to allow multiple email domains, "From Addresses" allow users to send email as one of the other domains or as an alias in the portal.

ADDING A "FROM ADDRESS"

  1. From Mail Settings, click on the plus "+"symbol to add a new "From Address".

  2. Turn Set as default on to display this 'From' email address by default on new messages.
  3. Click Create Account.


Now, when you compose an email, you will have options as to which email address to send from.
