1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2007. From the Tools menu (on the top toolbar), select Accounts. Show Picture

If you don’t see Accounts right away it may be hidden. To un-hide it, click on the small downward arrow at the bottom of the Tools menu to reveal hidden menu options.
2. In the Account Settings page the E-mail tab at the top should already be highlighted. Click the
New… button.

3. Select the
Manually configure server settings or additional server types option and click
Next.

4. On the Choose E-mail Service page select the first option for
Internet E-mail and click
Next.

5. Under the Internet E-mail Settings screen enter your User Information. Select
IMAP from the
Account Type drop down menu and in
Incoming mail server enter
IMAP.HyperOffice.com. In the
User Name field be sure to enter your full HyperOffice email address. For the
Outgoing Mail Server field type your ISP’s SMTP server address. HyperOffice does not provide an SMTP server to use with Outlook. Click
Next.
