as well as ongoing support options.

Free
Email & Phone Support
- All company
customers have full access to FREE
email and phone support, which we
refer to as Standard Support. Please
include in your email a thorough
description of the technical issue
you are having and when and how
it occurs. Telephone Support is
available to one contact person
per account. Additional contacts
can be assigned for an additional
fee of $50.00 per contact person
per month.

within one business day (Monday-Friday
9:00am-8:00pm EST).
