Application Corporation has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your personal privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the web sites located at www.application.com and www.hyperoffice.com.

IP Addresses and Cookies

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers, and for general systems administration purposes. The customer's contact information will be used by Application Corporation to contact the user when necessary (such as in the event that the web site has been updated with new features). Our site provides users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point of registration. By default, users will also allow us to supply our partners with the information provided at registration. Partner Sites and AutoRegistration

The HyperOffice application may contain links to our partners' web sites. If the user allows Application Corporation to distribute information to our partners, then they may be autoregistered for our partners' applications or services upon clicking through to their web sites. Autoregistration is a service meant to improve the users' experience by allowing for faster and seamless integration of HyperOffice with our partners' applications and services. Upon clicking on a partner's link for the first time, the user will always be asked if they wish to autoregister to a partner's site if that partner implements autoregistration with us. By autoregistering, our partner's site will be provided with only user information entered at our registration page. If the user does not want to be autoregistered with the partner, they will be forwarded to the partner's registration page. In the event that the user does not allow Application Corporation to distribute registration information to our partners, the user will be sent to a registration page upon clicking through to a partner's web site for the first time.

Application Corporation makes every attempt to partner with companies we feel uphold privacy standards that live up to our own. However, we cannot ultimately assume the responsibility for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites. We recommend that the user read the privacy policy of every company that they register with.
