The HyperOffice mail feature allows you to manage all of your e-mails from one place. Under the right side of the menu bar you will see your mail functions, where you can click on [compose] to write e-mail, go to your e-mail inbox, go to your "mailbox view" (this will take you to your mailbox if you are currently in the folder view) and the "folder view" (where you can create new mail folders and organize your e-mail). The pop accounts function allows you to pull e-mails from a pop account into your HyperOffice inbox.
