We’ve just built a simple tool to help you discern about what SaaS provider to choose. It’s a simple Google Spreadsheet that calculates the average score that goes from 1 to 10, based on different criteria such as pricing, service level, self-service, and more.
The criteria we chose to determine the score of each SaaS vendor is taken from Dharmesh Sha‘s Customer Code, a set of principles and beliefs to build a company that customers will love and recommend. The guidelines exposed fit perfectly for B2B software companies and go beyond a feature-oriented and technical point of view.
