Add Account

You can access your email from different email accounts by adding your Pop email account to your HyperOffice email account.

Usage Guidelines

  1. From the My Email page on the Mail toolbar, click the pop accounts button. The External Accounts view appears.

  2. Click the add account button at the top of the page. The Create New Account Entry view appears.

  3. Complete the following information about the pop account you want to add:

Mail Server

Enter the address of the mail server you want to access.

Username

Enter the username of your pop account email in this field.

Password

Enter the password for your account in this field.

Port

The default port number for email pop accounts is 110. This is populated automatically in this field. However, you can change the port number if it is different.

Email Address

Enter the complete email address of your pop email account here.

  1. Once all the information has been entered, you can add the pop account by clicking the Create Account Entry button.
