Auditing

Auditing gives users the ability to log and later audit when anyone:

• Creates a file

• Modifies a file

• Locks a file

• Unlocks a file

• Sets versioning on a file

• Renames a file

• Copies a file

• Moves a file

Usage Guidelines:

To use auditing, follow these steps:

1. Access the Modify File Details page. Refer to Accessing the Features topic in this help file for additional information.

2. Click the audit button at the bottom of the screen

3. View the log of the file.
