Create a New Email Folder

You can create a new email folder to help you organize your email messages.

Usage Guidelines

To create a new email folder, follow these steps:

  1. From the My Email page on the Mail toolbar, click the folder view button. The Mail Folders View appears.

  2. Click the new folder button. The Create New Folder view appears.

  3. In the Name field, type the name of the folder.

  4. In the Description field, type the description of the folder.

  5. If you want the folder to be a sub-folder of an existing folder, select a folder in the Parent Folder list.

  6. Click the Create Folder button.
