The Create New Link page allows you to create a new link and title for any website on the Internet. These links can then be accessed through your HyperOffice desktop or the 'Shared Links' homepage. There is also an 'Auto-Login' feature which allows you to specify a username and password for your mail accounts so you can automatically log in your mail accounts when you click a link from your HyperOffice desktop. This feature can only be used for Hotmail, Yahoo! and mail.com accounts.
To create a new link, follow these steps:
Click the Groups tab on the left navigation bar.
Click the Group Memberships icon. The Active Memberships page appears.
Select the group in which you would like to create a new link. The Group homepage appears.
To scroll down, click the arrow button. Click the Shared Links button. The Shared Links page appears.
Click the new link button. The Create New Link page appears. On this page you can enter the following information to create a new link, then click either the Create Link or Create Link and Add Another button.

Type the title of the link on this page. The name can be up to 255 characters long and can be a combination of numbers and alpha characters. |
URL |
Type the web address of the URL that you want to access when you click on the title. |
Description |
Type a brief description for your link. This information is optional. |
Open Link in New Window |
