You can choose to create a default calendar profile to view every time you access your personal calendar.
To create a default calendar profile, complete the following steps:
At the bottom of the My Calendar page, you will find the Choose Specific Calendars to Overlay checkbox list. Using this list, select the calendars you want to overlay in the profile. If you don't see this window, click the Advanced button to toggle this window on and off.
Select the Save this as my default calendar profile check box.
When you have made your calendar selections, click the Overlay Specific Groups button.
Note: Your
personal events will not be shown
in this calendar to others.
