Delete a Conference

You can delete any conference created in the group. Deleting a conference will delete all the topics/messages in that conference. Once deleted, a conference cannot be recovered.

Usage Guidelines

Follow these steps to delete a conference:

  1. Click the Groups tab on the left navigation bar.

  2. Click the Group Memberships icon. The Active Memberships page appears.

  3. Select the group in which you would like to delete a conference. The Group homepage appears.

  4. To scroll down, click the arrow button. Click the Forum button. The Forum page appears.

  5. On the Forum page in the Interaction column, select the delete link.

Note:  All conference deletions are immediate and permanent. You do not have the opportunity to retrieve a deleted conference. By default, pressing the delete link deletes the item without any confirmation. You can change the settings of the delete button through the General Preferences topic of this help file.
