You can delete any message posted in any of the topics created in a conference. Any group user can delete a message. Once a message is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Deleting a message also deletes all the replies attached to that message.
To delete a message, follow these steps:
Click the Groups tab on the left navigation bar.
Click the Group Memberships icon. The Active Memberships page appears.
Select the group in which you would like to delete a message. The Group homepage appears.
To scroll down, click the arrow button. Click the Forum button. The Forum page appears.
Select the topic you want to post a message on. The topic appears.
Click the Delete button. The message deletes.
Note: All
message deletions are immediate and permanent. You do not have the opportunity
to retrieve a deleted message. By default, pressing the delete link deletes
the item without any confirmation. You can change the settings of the
delete button through the General
