You can delete any individual task or tasks within a project in any group within the Shared Tasks section.
To delete a task, follow these steps:
Click the Groups tab on the left navigation bar. To scroll down, click the arrow button.
Click the Group Memberships icon. The Active Memberships page appears.
Select the group in which you would like to delete a task. The Group homepage appears.
Click the Shared Tasks button. The Shared Tasks page appears.
Click the view of the tasks you want to list (complete, incomplete, all).
In the Modify column of the task you want to delete, click the delete link.
The task deletes automatically.
Note:
All
task deletions are immediate and permanent. You do not have the opportunity
to retrieve a deleted task. By default, pressing the delete link deletes
the item without any confirmation. You can change the settings of the
delete button through the General
