Desktop Image

The Desktop Image section enables the administrator to upload the company logo to the company portal account. The logo will replace the Your Office Today picture located at the top of all users personal desktops.

Usage Guidelines

Only the Postmaster or a Level 1 Administrator can use this feature.

To upload your company logo to the company portal account, follow these steps:

  1. Launch the Administration console. Refer to the Launch the Administration Console topic for more information.

  2. From the Administration page, click the Edit Site Properties button. The Edit Site Properties page appears.

  3. Scroll down to the Desktop Image section.

  4. Click on the Set logo image button. A dialog box appears where you can locate your company logo. Click the Browse button.

  5. Click on the Submit Query button.

  6. Click Modify Site Properties button located at the bottom of the page.
