The synchronization tool helps you synchronize and transfer your events, contacts and tasks. The Synchronization tool will help you to easily migrate your contacts, tasks, and events from your existing MS Outlook to the Hyperoffice application.
To download the outlook synchronization tool, follow these steps:
Click the Settings tab on the left navigation bar.
Click the Account button. The Account Settings page appears.
From the Account Settings page, click the Download MS Outlook Synchronization Utility button to download the synchronization tool.
Note: The
download is 3.22 MB in size and takes about 2 minutes to download on a
256 kbps DSL connection.
The Save As dialog appears. Select a location where you want to save the files.
When the file is downloaded, click the Open button to begin the installation. The installation package extracts the files.
The HyperOffice Sync Utility Setup dialog box appears.
Note: You
can click Cancel at any time to
abort the installation.
Click the Next button. The Choose Destination Location window appears.
Specify a destination folder. The default folder is C:\Program Files\Hyperoffice. If you want to change this location, click the Browse button to specify another location for the installation.
Click Next. The Enter email address and password window appears.
In the email address field type in your account's email address ([email protected]) and the password that correlates to the account.
Note: For Individual accounts, type [email protected] and your password. For company accounts, type [email protected] or [email protected] (depending on the type of account you were set up for) and your password.
The next screen allows you to select the programs in the Start menu, where the Hyperoffice synch utility is placed as a shortcut.
After the installation is complete, a Restart screen appears. This screen gives you options to restart the computer at a later time. By default, if you click on finish the computer is restarted.
To run the application, from the Start menu, select All Programs > HyperOffice > Synch Utility.
