You can export your tasks and save them in an Excel worksheet. The Microsoft Excel format is a common and popular format for storing information in a tabular format.
Follow these steps to export tasks:
From the My Tasks page, click the export button to export the tasks list into excel format.
All tasks are listed in the Excel Sheet. When you click on the export button, a new window opens and a dialog box appears. You can use the dialog box to change the name of the file or store the exported file in another format.
The excel sheet creates a table with the following information from the tasks:
Subject
Priority
Status
Complete
Modified
Notes
Due Date
Email Address
