Below are the access privileges for each different type of user role in HyperOffice:
The Group Administrator can:
Lock Files
Unlock any locked File
Turn Auto Versioning On/Off
Turn Auto Pruning On/Off
Revert to an Old Version of a file
Collapse All Versions of a file
Add a comment
Edit/Delete a comment
View a file Audit
Manage File Permissions
Empty the group’s recycle bin
Purge a file from the recycle bin
Restore a file from the recycle bin
Note: The Group administrator should not be confused with the portal administrator. The group administrator is a user who has the ‘administrator’ status of a group.
The Group Owner can:
Lock Files
Unlock any locked File
Turn Auto Versioning On/Off
Turn Auto Pruning On/Off
Revert to an Old Version of a file
Collapse All Versions of a file
Add a comment

View a file Audit
Manage File Permissions

The File Owner can:

Note: The file owner is the user who first uploaded the original file, not a version of the file. The file owner could also be the user who copied or moved an existing file to a new directory; the user is the owner of the copied/moved file in the new directory.
The Lock Owner can:
Lock Files
Unlock the files that he/she locked

Any User can:
