How to Use Help

The help file is launched in a help window and has three main areas: the task bar, the main window, and the left navigation pane. The main window displays the main content of the help file. The left navigation pane displays the Contents, Index, and Search functions.

Help Navigation

The task bar has six main buttons: Contents, Index, Search, Print, FAQs, and Training. Refer to the table below for additional information.

Button Name	Description
	The Contents section displays in a hierarchical browse sequence that allows you to view topics that are grouped within books . Click a book to view the available topics within that book.
	The Index section displays an alphabetical listing of keywords used throughout the help file. Use this section to help locate a specific task.
	The Search section allows you to search for a specific word(s) within the help file. Once you submit your search, a list of topics with that word(s) within its content appears.
	The Print button will print the text in the main window. When you click the Print button, the Print dialog appears.
	The Training button allows you to select training modules you would like to review.
	The FAQ button allows you to locate answers to Frequently Asked Questions.
