The IP Address tool is an advanced feature available on request basis only. This feature allows a server to make calls to our web services gateway. Through these calls the server can create or delete user accounts and change existing account passwords.
Only the Postmaster or a Level 1 Administrator can use this feature.
To use the IP Address function, follow these steps:
Launch the Administration console. Refer to the Launch the Administration Console topic for more information.
From the Administration page, click the IP address button. The Administration IP Addresses page appears.
Type the IP address of your company server then click on the Add IP button. Your server can now make calls to our web services gateway to perform the following:
Create user accounts
Delete user accounts
Change existing account passwords
This feature is recommended to companies with over 100 employees.
