The Inbox is one of the mail folders available in your email account. When you receive a new email, it is automatically received in the Inbox. The Inbox shows new mail messages (unread messages) and old mail messages (read messages) that have not yet been filed or deleted.
To view all your messages in your Inbox, from the My Email page, click the Inbox folder. The messages appear.
To help you locate your messages, you can sort your email by clicking on the column heading you want to sort them by. Refer to the table below for additional information.
New |
You can sort your new and old messages. Click the New column heading to sort your new messages from your old messages. New (unread) messages are designated with a symbol. Note: If you want to designate an old (read) message as a new (unread) message, simply click the checkbox next the message, then click the Mark as Unread button. |
From |
Click the From column heading to sort your messages in alphabetical order by your sender's email address. |
Subject |
Click the Subject column heading to sort your messages in alphabetical order by the subject of the email. |
Date |
Click the Date column heading to sort your messages in numerical order of the date the message was received. |
Size |
Click the Size column heading to sort your messages in numerical order of the size of the message. |
Click the Advanced button to filter messages in the current folder. |
