Membership Settings

In Membership Settings you can define the status of group users' membership within a group. The options that can be selected are active and passive. If you want to change membership status to Passive in a group, you can change your settings to passive and vice-versa.

Usage Guidelines

To access the Membership Settings:

  1. Click the Groups tab on the left navigation bar of the HyperOffice window.

  2. Click the Group Memberships icon. The Active Memberships page appears.

  3. Click on the edit membership link in the Membership column of the Group Memberships page.

  4. The Membership Settings page appears.

  5. To make your membership active, select the I'm active in this group checkbox.

  6. To make your membership inactive (passive), deselect the checkbox.
