The Modify Credit Card information section allows you to change the credit card information for billing purposes. You can modify the credit card that will be billed for the monthly and yearly plan.
Note: All of the information must be filled out in order for the system to update your credit card information. This includes the card number, the expiration date, card type, and address information.
To modify credit card information, follow these steps:
Click the Settings tab on the left navigation bar.
Click the Account button. The Account Settings page appears.
Click the Edit Billing Information button. The Billing Summary page appears.
Click the Modify Credit Card Information button.
The Credit Card Settings page appears.
Type the name on the card, the address, and phone number in the fields provided.
In the Card Type list, select the card type.
In the New Card Number field, type the new credit card number. If you Enter a wrong card number an error will appear when you click on the Change Credit Card Information button.
In the Current Card Number field, type the current credit card number. Only the last four digits of the current credit card will be shown. The rest of the number will be displayed as a '*'.
In the Expiration Date field, enter the expiration date of the new credit card you are using. Select the Month and the year in the respective drop down information.
Submit your changes by clicking the Change Credit Card Information button.
