Every company account created with HyperOffice includes a postmaster account.
The postmaster account has the following features:
It is one of the main administration accounts in a company account
It duplicates all the administrator information entered at sign up.
It uses the same password as the administrator account created at sign up, however, it’s not affected by any modifications made to the password of the administrator account.
It cannot be deleted as it is used by the system for email processing.
It is the only account from which an administrator can grant a user the 'level 1 administrator' privilege.
Note: Please
note that the users will never be charged for the postmaster account.
