You can reply to any email message that you receive. Using reply saves you time by automatically filling in the To address field with your recipients' email address.
To reply to a message, follow these steps:
Open your email message. The message appears in a new window.
Click the Reply button. The Compose Message windows appears with the sender's email address populated in the To field.
Click Send.
Note: You can configure
your settings to include the original message within quotes or as an attachment
on the reply. You can also configure your settings to provide a confirmation
