Use the Search button to search for any email in any of the folders in your HyperOffice email account.
To use the search feature, follow these steps:
From the My Email page on the Mail toolbar, click the Search button. The Search for Messages window appears.
Use one of the following fields to perform your search:
From |
Use the From field to search for email from a particular sender. Type the name, part of the name, or email address of the contact that you are looking for. Click the Search button. Your results appear in the Search for Messages window. |
To/cc |
Use the To/cc field to search all the email you sent to a recipient. Type the name, part of the name, or email address of the contact that you are looking for. Click the Search button. Your results appear in the Search for Messages window. |
Subject |
Use the Subject field to search the subject field of you email in alphabetical order. Type the subject, part of the subject, or any portion of the subject line that you are looking for in this field. Click the Search button. Your results appear in the Search for Messages window. |
Note: You
can select Search all folders
or specify an individual folder such as the Inbox,
or Sent-Mail. You can use the
drop-down
list
to help you control the scope of the search.
