Site Statistics

The Site Statistics feature gives the administrator information on the actions that took place on the HyperOffice Portal by all the users of the portal.  It gives the following information about the user:

• Username

• Service used

• IP Address

• Time of Action

• Action that took place

• Browser used

Usage Guidelines

Only the Postmaster or a Level 1 Administrator can use this feature:

To use the Site Statistics function, follow these steps:

1. Launch the Administration console. Refer to the Launch the Administration Console topic for more information.

2. From the Administration page, click the Site Statistics button. The Site Statistics page appears.

3. Here you will be able to see the site statistics for all the users categorized by the usage for the week and most recent action by default.

4. If there are more then 50 actions then you can click on the Next Page link underneath to scroll to the next page.

5. The actions can be filtered and searched by entering the Login, Browser type, Action Type or Time Frame and clicking on Filter Records.
