If you want to format your message with specific fonts, font color, highlighted text, or use spell check and other formatting features, utilize the Use Rich Text option in HyperOffice email. Use this option when you know that your recipients can accept "HTML formatted" email messages. Most mail clients such as Outlook Express and Netscape Mail Client accept Rich Text formatted emails.
From the Compose Message window, select the Use Rich Text option. When you select this option, the Rich Text Toolbar appears just above the body of the message.

To set the alignment of your selected text, click either the left, center, or right justification buttons. | |
To manipulate the position of your text, select the text you want to use, then select the appropriate button. Cut allows you to remove an area of your selected text. Copy allows you to copy an area of your selected text to use elsewhere. Paste allows you to place text from the clipboard to the location of your cursor.

To quickly increase or decrease the size of your text, select your text and click either the increase button or the decrease button . The increase button resizes your text two sizes larger, the decrease button decreases your text two sizes smaller. | |
To remove unwanted formatting from your selected text, click the eraser icon and all formatting will be removed. | |
For emphasize your text, click either the Bold , Italic , Underlined , or strike buttons after you select your text. | |
To create a numbered or bulleted list, click the Numbered list button, or the Bulleted list button. | |
To quickly indent your text, click either the left indent (arrow going left) or the right indent (arrow going right) after you select your text. | |
To create a link in your text, click the Link button. If you want to use the spell check feature, click the Spell Check button. | |
To apply a specific color to your selected text, click the font color button . To highlight your text a specific color, click the Highlight Text button . |
