What is it?

The Document management system is mainly used to do various tasks on documents such as:

• File Locking/Unlocking

• Auto Versioning

• Commenting

• HyperDrive (Drag and Drop Files)

• Auditing

• File Recovery

• Improved Security

Note:  These features are only available for Shared Documents, they are not available for My Documents.
