Coldwell Banker Agents use online collaboration tools to guide buyers, sellers

Coldwell Banker Apex agents have made significant strides in closing deals - 5200 home sales a year!

Realogy Corp, the parent company of Coldwell Banker, recently qualified HyperOffice for use at its 3 business units, Coldwell Banker, Century 21 and ERA.

After just six months of use, staff at Coldwell Banker Apex are asserting that HyperOffice is indispensable to them.

Typically, the staff is always on the move and needs constant access to a variety of information, listings, real estate documents, contacts, appointments etc. HyperOffice works as a one stop shop for them to:

  • Safely access, revise and update documents in seconds
  • Communicate instantly and accurately
  • Access their office through any browser or handheld
  • Manage tasks, deadlines, meetings even while on the move
  • Focus on closing deals.

At $7 per user, HyperOffice works out to be extremely cost effective too. As Lori Arnold, President, Coldwell Banker Apex says, “HyperOffice plugs easily into this approach to business.”

The result – beaming customers, increased productivity, and more closed deals.

How Tom King is Building His Company Around HyperOffice

Since June, Exlabs is on schedule and always informed !

Hello again HyperOffice July newsletter readers! During June, Exlabs started using two new features:My Calendar and Today's News.
- If you are addicted to making schedules and time sheets, HyperOffice offers great calendaring! At Exlabs, whenever I need to make a reminder, I simply click “New Event” from the Desktop or the plus sign (+) from the My Calendar view. Read More…
- Exlabs will be an Eclipse-based Java startup (see Eclipse.org) soon. And, it is essential for the team to stay on top of breaking Java news items. All I do is, simply select a news feed in HyperOffice and conveniently share the same breaking news amongst the team.

Time and Expense Tracking

The time sheet system is an application that keeps track of an employee’s work time, sick leaves, vacations and so on. It can be customized according to a work flow of a company. For example: - The time sheets can be approved by the manger and can then be forwarded to the accounting.

Expense tracking is for employees that need to get reimbursed for their expenses like, hotel expenses, mileage, food, travel etc. This can also be customized according to the work flow of a company. Managers can approve or reject the expenses and forward to the accounting for payments.
